Job Applications and Receipt of CVs

Purpose of Processing

The personal data provided by submitting curriculum vitae (CVs) or job applications will be processed for the purpose of managing the entity's current or future recruitment processes, evaluating the candidate's suitability for vacant positions, and maintaining contact throughout the selection process.

Categories of Processed Data

Identification, contact, academic, and professional data, as well as any other data voluntarily included by the candidate in their CV or attached documentation, may be processed.

Important Note: Candidates are advised not to include specially protected data or special categories of data (such as information regarding health, political opinions, trade union membership, religion, sexual orientation, or similar), unless strictly necessary for the position and where a suitable legal basis for its processing exists.

Legal Basis

The lawful basis for processing is the performance of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, as well as the legitimate interest of the data controller in managing its recruitment processes.

Data Retention

Candidates' CVs and data will be retained for a maximum period of two years from their receipt, unless the data subject requests their erasure beforehand or withdraws their application. Once this period has elapsed, the data will be securely deleted.

Recipients

The data will not be disclosed to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so, or when necessary for managing recruitment processes carried out by companies within the same business group or by service providers acting as data processors.

Rights of the Data Subjects

Candidates may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and data portability, as well as withdraw their consent when consent constitutes the legal basis for processing, by contacting the data controller through the contact methods indicated in this Privacy Policy.

They may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if they consider that the processing of their data does not comply with applicable regulations.
